Our staff team members play a vital role in the individual’s welfare.

To maximise this, we as a company will do the following:

  • Employ staff team members who are skilled and experienced in all areas of personal care.
  • Always provide enough staff team members with the appropriate qualifications in health and social care to ensure that contracts can be met.
  • Continually monitor our recruitment policies and practises, which both respect equal opportunities and protect the individuals we support’s safety and welfare.
  • Contract our staff team members to a range of training, which will include the QCF Diploma programme.

All of our staff team members possess a range of experience and qualifications in the care of individuals with mental health problems, physical disabilities, sensory impairment, learning disabilities, epilepsy, autistic spectrum disorder and individuals that are ill or recovering from illness.

Some of the training courses our staff team members attend are:

  • Structured induction training from a senior member of staff.

  • Manual Handling and Safety

  • Medication Training

  • Epilepsy

  • Autism Awareness Training

  • QCF Diploma Qualification Level 2 and 3 in Health and Social Care (Adult) and a wide range of mandatory and voluntary care training.
